Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a return. Some items, such as perishable goods and personal care products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dealxpress.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

2.2. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).

2.3. Returns must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the items are received.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

3.2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3.3. If the return is rejected (due to the item being used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible), the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact customer service, and we will guide you through the process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and health and personal care items.
5.2. Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Processing Times

7.1. After your return is approved, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Please be aware that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect on your statement.
